4.4 Scheduling Changes

5.1 Quotes and Pricing

- Cancellations and Rescheduling
6.1 Client Cancellations
We understand that circumstances can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule a booking, please notify us as early as possible. The following cancellation policy applies:
- Cancellations or reschedules made more than 48 hours before the scheduled service: No charge
- Cancellations or reschedules made between 24 and 48 hours before the scheduled service: A cancellation fee of 25% of the quoted service price may apply
- Cancellations or reschedules made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service: A cancellation fee of 50% of the quoted service price may apply
- No-show or inability to access the property at the agreed time: A cancellation fee of up to 100% of the quoted service price may apply
6.2 Eastern Pro Clean Cancellations
In the rare event that Eastern Pro Clean needs to cancel or reschedule a booking, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer an alternative appointment at a mutually convenient time. We will not charge any cancellation fee in such circumstances.
- Satisfaction Guarantee and Re-cleans
Eastern Pro Clean is committed to delivering a high-quality service. If you are not satisfied with the outcome of a clean, please notify us within 24 hours of the service being completed. We will assess your concerns and, where reasonable, arrange a complimentary re-clean of the affected areas.
The following conditions apply to our satisfaction guarantee:
- You must notify us within 24 hours of the completed service with specific details of the areas or tasks you are not satisfied with
- The property must not have been used, occupied, or altered significantly between the original clean and your notification
- The re-clean is limited to the specific areas or tasks identified in your complaint
- The satisfaction guarantee does not apply where the issue is due to factors outside our control, including pre-existing damage, structural issues, or unrealistic expectations not communicated at the time of booking
A refund will only be offered at our discretion where a re-clean is not practicable or does not resolve the issue to a reasonable standard.
- Client Responsibilities
To enable Eastern Pro Clean to deliver our services effectively and safely, you agree to the following:
- Ensure the property is reasonably accessible and safe for our team to work in
- Remove or secure valuable, fragile, or irreplaceable items prior to our arrival
- Inform us of any hazards, pets, allergies, or special requirements before the service commences
- Ensure that all utilities required for cleaning (water, electricity) are available and functioning
- Provide accurate information about the property including size, condition, and any known issues
- Notify us of any security systems, access codes, or special entry requirements in advance
- Treat our staff with courtesy and respect at all times
Eastern Pro Clean reserves the right to refuse or cease service if our team is placed in an unsafe, hostile, or unhygienic environment beyond what could reasonably be expected.
- Liability and Limitations
9.1 Damage to Property
Eastern Pro Clean takes great care when working in your property. In the unlikely event that our team causes damage to your property, please notify us in writing within 24 hours of the service. We will investigate the matter and, where we are found to be liable, arrange for repair or replacement of the damaged item up to a reasonable value.
We are not liable for damage to items that were not secured or stored safely prior to our arrival, pre-existing damage, or damage caused by normal wear and tear.
9.2 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Eastern Pro Clean’s total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

You must not directly solicit, engage, or employ any Eastern Pro Clean team member for private cleaning work outside of our company during the term of your service agreement or within 12 months of their last service at your property. Breach of this clause may result in a referral fee being charged.
